Greyhound racing at venues across the country.
In 2018, ARC acquired Newcastle and Sunderland greyhound stadia, and also joined Greyhound Media Group (GMG) to represent the media rights of twelve greyhound tracks.
In October 2019, ARC acquired Perry Barr, followed by Nottingham in February 2020 and Central Park in 2021 to make a total of five greyhound tracks in the group.
Greyhound Welfare
ARC takes the welfare of all greyhounds affiliated with, and running at, our stadia very seriously.
We offer an injury recovery scheme for all greyhounds running or trialling at an ARC stadium (regardless of affiliation). The scheme will cover the cost of veterinary services for any injured dog, with our affiliated vets' practices.
Rehoming
Each ARC stadium is affiliated with at least two local GBGB accredited rehoming centres to support rehoming efforts of retired greyhounds.
In addition, ARC contributes £50 to each British Bred Greyhound Retirement Scheme bond payment for all stadia affiliated greyhound. The scheme offers a £400 bond for each British bred greyhound to cover rehoming costs on retirement.
