Arena Racing Company (“ARC”) are pleased to confirm that all rounds of this year’s Star Sports & ARC Greyhound Derby 2020 will be live in betting shops throughout the UK and Ireland.
Rachel Corden, Greyhound Operations Director at ARC said, “We would like to thank our fellow sponsors, Star Sports as well as Racing Post Greyhound TV and everybody else involved for their support and hard work in getting the event back in the calendar, in what have obviously been extremely testing circumstances.
“With a slightly more condensed format this year, it will ensure that the 2020 Greyhound Derby will be a highly competitive event right from the very start of the competition, the pinnacle of our sport. We look forward to crowning the 2020 Greyhound Derby Champion at Nottingham at the end of October.”
The Star Sports & ARC Greyhound Derby gets under way next week, with the first round taking place on Friday 2 October and Saturday 3 October. The subsequent rounds then follow every Saturday, culminating in the Final on Saturday 31st October at Nottingham Greyhound Stadium.
